Yeah! We might not celebrate it much here in Spain, but I remember how much fun it was in the US.

Portugal is FANTASTIC! I encourage everybody to go on vacation there =)
I only visited the north: Porto, Coimbra, etc, but next year I am going to Lisbon and south... can't wait!

And to celebrate my love for Portugal, it's food, landscapes, towns, super nice & friendly people, and everything in general, I have made a small selection of items from portuguese shops in Etsy.

This week's Giveaway: "Where the Faeries Go" Scarf by KreatedbyKelly

Random patchwork in a tie-dyed yellow print, some purple calico squares, some aqua calico squares and a beautiful floral encompassing all the aforementioned colors. The beautiful floral print that makes up the back of the scarf is the inspiration for the patchwork.

All seams are serged for a professional finish even though you cannot see them. The patchwork is all completely top-stitched because I love the look of it.Scarf measures about 48" (1.22 meters) long & 5" (12.7 cm) wide.

Rather than use a batting for this scarf, I chose to use a heavy-weight interfacing. This will provide warmth without all the bulk.
